Hey guys and welcome to Miss Spooky treats today’s the last day for my halloween tutorials, and I am going to be doing three separate tutorials But I’m going to be posting each of the tutorials separately so that they’re easier for you to find so for my first tutorial I’m going to show you how to make these cute little mummy apple treats It’s a very fun and nutritious treat to make for your halloween celebration, so without further ado. Let’s get started to make them mommy apples I’m going to be using this cupcake decorating kit that I bought from Wilton yep 30 been torn open because I was starting without Recording so I had to go back and fix it But anyway, because of these rolled up candies, and then some eyeballs and then I also bought these apple sticks They give the appearance of like a bony effect, so I’m going use these to stick into the top of each of the apples Just simply pull off the stem hopping Chapel and then take of yours fixed and press the sharp end of each of your sticks into the top with you to your apples Just put them aside.
We’ll begin working on our wrapping in our eyeballs So we want to pull these out until they’re completely unwrapped So just take a VC around and lay it over the front of each apple Figure out how long of a piece you need and then use a sharp utensil and cut them down Take a green decorating icing fitted with tip number two, and we’re just to cover the back of each of these pieces of Wrapping just place it onto your apple in any way you like I’m going to treat it try to leave more the top open just so I have a place for my eyeballs to rest so again Just take another piece. Lay it where you’d like it to go measure it and then cut it down see this one fits perfect Why don’t need to cut it till you some are you frosting and to help keep it here? Now I’m using Redecorating I see that’s all I got on hand but I would recommend going out round white decorating icing it It’ll be a lot easier to hide the spots that have been pressed together and now I’m just going to cut one more piece I’m going to lay it across the top just see where it like it to go And again since I want to leave some fuzz ball for my eyeballs.
I’m going to lead this little area open and then Just place that above it Using my decorating icing just squirt it all the way down the back of each piece of wrapping and then apply it to your apple I’m taking two of the eyeballs And I’m place and I’m kind of like dry fitting on into the spots where I would like them and then I’m going to take my decorating icing and Fill in the back of each eyeball and I place them right where I’d like them to go So here are the mummy apple treats that we made today if you like this Halloween tree? For this Diet plan, we need Eggs and Paneer. For Breakfast, we will take 200 grams Paneer and Green Tea. We have taken small paneer cubes here and served it with home made pudina chutney. You may even replace Paneer with Tofu (Soy Paneer) You may take Tofu of any reputed brand. Here, we have prepared Tofu and Tomato Salad. You may have Tofu even without adding tomatoes. You may have Paneer in one of the meals and Tofu in the other, it’s entirely your choice. In Dinner, we will again have 3 boiled eggs with green tea. If you want to have your regular tea, make sure you have it without sugar and milk. Follow this diet plan only once a month. If you are unwell, then avoid this diet plan. Paneer has much more calories than Tofu. 100 gram Paneer has about 265 Calories whereas Tofu has just 62 Calories which is why it helps in Weight Loss. But Paneer has three times more Protein than Tofu. Paneer keeps you full for a longer duration and you won’t feel hungry soon. Both Paneer and Tofu have their nutritional value. You must have Tofu to lose weight but don’t avoid Paneer totally because paneer has good amount of protein and calcium which is necessary for your body. If you are diabetic, then avoid Tofu. If during the day you feel hungry, then have salads like cucumbers or tomatoes.
If your body is fit and you maintain a healthy lifestyle, then 6 eggs with egg yolk won’t cause you any harm. Don’t waste the egg yolk too. All the minerals, vitamins of the egg are actually present in its egg yolk. So when you throw the egg yolk, you waste a major nutritional part of the egg. Egg yolk is necessary for women too as it gives you good amount of iron. Have as much water as you can which will help flush out toxins from your body. Once you lose 1 kg, try to maintain it as well.
